At SOUKS, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a free return or exchange — no delivery or pickup fees will apply. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo or short video showing the issue.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Reported within 3 days of delivery
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Exchanges
If the item is damaged and you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
